1. Information We Collect
We collect:
- Account information (name, email, phone number)
- Billing information (processed securely via Stripe)
- Shopify store data (product names, variant information, prices)
- Competitor URLs submitted by users
- Usage data (log data, IP address, browser type)
We do NOT collect:
- Customer data from your Shopify store
- Payment details directly (Stripe processes all payments)
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide price monitoring services
- Send undercut alerts
- Update product prices in your Shopify store (only when authorized by you)
- Improve product functionality
- Process billing
- Communicate service updates
3. Shopify Data
When you connect your Shopify store, we request access to product data and permission to update pricing.
We access:
- Product name
- Variant information
- Price
We may modify product variant prices only when you explicitly authorize price updates through the application.
We do not access customer data, orders, or payment information.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data.
We may share data with:
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Hosting providers
- Email service providers
These providers process data solely to operate the service.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and monitoring data while your account is active.
You may request deletion by contacting support.
Upon account cancellation, Shopify access tokens are revoked.

We use reasonable technical safeguards to protect your information.
However, no system is 100% secure.
