Le Foop provides a platform that allows vendors to create digital menus and share them via a link or QR code. The service may include optional features such as displaying external payment links.

2. No Payment Processing

Le Foop does not process, facilitate, or handle any payments. All payments are made directly between customers and vendors through third-party services such as Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle. Le Foop is not responsible for any transactions.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • Ensure your menu, pricing, and payment details are correct
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Le Foop to:

  • Promote illegal activities
  • Mislead customers or provide false information
  • Impersonate another person or business

5. Accounts & Subscription

Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be canceled at any time. No refunds are guaranteed unless required by law.

6. Termination

We can suspend accounts for abuse

Le Foop is not responsible for:

  • Transactions between vendors and customers
  • Payment disputes or failures
