1. Service Description

Le Foop provides competitor price monitoring, undercut alerts, and authorized price update functionality for Shopify store owners.

By connecting your Shopify store, you authorize Le Foop to access product data and update variant pricing when initiated or enabled by you within the application.

We do not guarantee price accuracy, uninterrupted service, or error-free updates.

2. No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee:

  • Increased sales
  • Revenue improvement
  • Complete competitor coverage
  • Real-time monitoring
  • Accuracy of scraped competitor pricing
  • Optimal pricing decisions

Users remain solely responsible for all pricing decisions and business outcomes.

3. Shopify Access & Pricing Authorization

By installing and connecting Le Foop to your Shopify store, you:

  • Grant permission to access product and variant data
  • Grant permission to modify variant pricing as authorized within the app

You acknowledge that:

  • Price updates may occur based on your configured settings or actions
  • You are responsible for reviewing pricing rules and configurations
  • You assume full responsibility for all pricing changes applied to your store

Le Foop is not liable for losses resulting from price changes, configuration errors, or automation settings enabled by the user.

4. Monitoring & Third-Party Data

Users submit competitor URLs voluntarily.

Users are responsible for ensuring they are legally permitted to monitor those URLs.

Le Foop does not claim ownership of competitor website content and does not control third-party pricing accuracy or availability.

5. Subscription & Billing

  • $39/month
  • 7-day free trial
  • Subscription auto-renews unless canceled
  • Cancel anytime
  • No refunds for partial billing periods

Failure to pay may result in suspension of monitoring and Shopify access.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Le Foop shall not be liable for:

  • Lost revenue
  • Lost profits
  • Business interruption
  • Incorrect pricing updates
  • Automated pricing outcomes
  • Inaccurate alerts
  • Third-party data inaccuracies

Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Abuse the system
  • Violate Shopify policies
  • Attempt to misuse monitoring functionality

Upon termination, Shopify access tokens may be revoked.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms with notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
